Taking on The Big Apple…
Rachel and I have been non-stop for the last three days. It’s amazing what two A-type personalities can accomplish when we have a big goal ahead of us… and our goal was to have fun in NYC and make the most of our mini vacation.
That’s exactly what we’ve done:
- Seeing the sites (we did one of those double-decker bus tours that Marla suggested and we loved it!)
- Great food including Rosa Mexicana and Tao Restaurant (as recommended by Matt) for our fancier fare as well as pizza, ice cream, and cheesecake (for Rachel – you all know I hate creamy cheesy stuff!)
- Lots of shopping – 5th Avenue, Soho, China Town, Greenwich Village and more (as evidenced below)
- Theatre – saw Wicked tonight at the Gershwin Theatre and it was unbelievable!
